Accommodation arrangements by the ICoME2016 committee

The ICoME2016 committee plans to recommend hotels for ICoME participants since Kyoto in Aug. is a very busy season for welcoming many overseas tourists.
Conference data – 18th to the 20th of Aug.

The process of hotel booking for participants

  1. We will send e-mails to applicants for ICoME2016, about arrangements for accommodations (after May, 10th). If you would like us to make arrangements for you, you can register through this e-mail.
  2. You have to send us the needed information through the ICoME2016 registration site.
  3. You will receive a confirmation letter from the committee.

✩ Attention

  • We did our best to find a suitable hotel for the participants. We apologize in advance, if we could not meet your request due to the limited number of the rooms. The contracted hotel has offered us a special rate so we hope you will cooperate with us.
  • We cannot accept any cancelations or changes one week before the designated stay. In this case, you will need to pay all accommodation fees, even if you do not stay.

Accommodation arrangements by yourself

We will introduce some hotels that have easy to access to Kyoto University of Foreign Studies. You can make the arrangements for accommodation for these hotels. The accommodation fee will depend on the hotel management, the earlier, the cheaper. Therefore please check by yourself.
